We are thrilled to unveil a remarkable before-and-after restoration project recently completed for a Houston church. Our skilled artists at Rohn & Associates Design, Inc. embarked on a transformative journey, breathing new life into a set of Stations of the Cross that had long been neglected.
Each Station, depicting Jesus’ path to Calvary, has been meticulously restored with vibrant colors, lifelike flesh tones, and exquisite attention to detail. The frames, adorned with hand-applied gold leaf inscriptions, highlight the narrative of each Station, from Jesus’ condemnation by Pontius Pilate to his death and burial.
The Stations of the Cross, a cherished Lenten devotion in Catholic tradition, invite the faithful to reflect on the Passion of Christ. Worshippers journeying from Station to Station can now experience these sacred images in an immersive and prayerful way, guided by the restored artistry that honors both the spiritual significance and historical value of the original pieces.
